At Relax and Entertain we understand that buying online can sometimes not meet your expectations, or you may have a change of mind once you receive your item.
That is why we offer a refund on all goods that are returned to us within 14 days from date of purchase. (cost of initial postage charge is not refunded)
Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns after this time frame.
All returns must be in re-saleable condition in original packaging, unused, unworn and undamaged.
Items returned will be refunded to you in the same way they were purchased and within 1-2 business days of us receiving your item in back in our store. Sale items can ONLY be returned for a store credit.
Please ensure that when returning your item, it is sent back via a reputable freight company that can provide you with a tracking number as we take no responsibility for parcels that are damaged or lost in transit coming back to us.
No exchange or store credits can be issued for returned products. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to re-purchase this item online.
Faulty Items - We are sorry if your item arrives faulty or damaged. We aim to package your order the best we can, but occasionally damaged can occur in transit. If this does occur, please send email@example.com a clear description of the problem, plus photos of the damage, along with your invoice number and one of our staff will be in contact with you as soon as possible.Download our returns form here.
