Change of mind returns
At Relax and Entertain we understand that buying online can sometimes not meet your expectations, or you may have a change of mind once you receive your item.
That is why we offer a refund on all goods that are returned to us within 14 days from date of purchase. Please note: Cost of initial postage charge is not refunded.
All returns must be in re-saleable condition in original packaging, unused, unworn and undamaged.
Items returned will be refunded to you in the same way they were purchased and within 1-2 business days of us receiving your item in back in our store. Sale items can ONLY be returned for a store credit.
Please ensure that when returning your item, it is sent back via a reputable freight company that can provide you with a tracking number as we take no responsibility for parcels that are damaged or lost in transit coming back to us.
No exchange or store credits can be issued for returned products. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to re-purchase this item online.
Faulty Items
Faulty items are covered under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product you have purchased has a minor or major fault, please email us with the details of the fault, photos and your invoice number. One of our staff will get in touch to help resolve this fault.

Damaged Items
We are sorry if your item arrives damaged. Whilst we aim to carefully package your order the best we can, occasionally damage can occur in transit.
If this does occur, please email us with a clear description of the problem, photos of the damage and your invoice number. One of our staff will be in contact with you as soon as possible.
